We use this tool to get a lot, we use a lot of clay, and we use AI in prompts for our reps to find out accounts that are using Voice, which companies have voice agents. And inside was the only tool that we found that had that information, and we used it in our prompts, and we were able to get that done. So now we can identify accounts that have been used.

Pros

  • Giving us data, that's the word we use it for, and giving us better data. It's not many other companies that have, so it's a very useful tool.

Cons

  • I haven't found any, so I'll let you know what I found.

  • It has a big, big impact, a huge impact, because we were able to identify that it resolved the problems where we were trying to sell our voice and see how it can beat other customers. So finding our competitors, which helped us a lot.
  • It definitely helped a lot because, since we introduced a new product, we are trying to find our competitors. So it was like this was a bottleneck, not able to know which customers are using voice support. So we were able to get that and to be able to not only extract and bring that information in front of the users so that we can identify the accounts and they can start working on it, save time, save money, and get the business done.

We primarily use the HG Insights Platform to evaluate the cybersecurity maturity, tech stack, spend potential and intent for both our clients and new prospective clients

Pros

  • Data has been quite reliable
  • usability of site is very easy
  • team has been very responsive when there are needs

Cons

  • we would love if we could drill down in more detail into security related spend and install data. Seems like there is good potential of this with the new TrustRadius relationship

Return on Investment

  • it is hard to quantify currently, but word on the street among sales team is positive
  • we are trying to tag new leads with a field indicating they are HG, but it is in process

The HG Insights Platform is helpful in researching leads and data enrichment for the accounts in our database. It has a unique feature that allows you to see the software stack for each company they have a profile on and follow softwares tagged with similar categories to your product. I also find it easy to use and integrate with our CRM.

I am an ISV Specialist at Google and the HG Insights Platform has enabled me to dive into deeper insights with my ISVs while simultaneously helping me generate more valuable leads for my ISVs and for Google. On top of that, it has helped me save a lot of time in my day-to-day so that I can focus more on my ISVs and my actual responsibilities.

  • insights on specific niche technologies can sometimes lag behind
  • customization options for dashboards are limited
  • high cost (it's free for me through work but I have heard this from others)
