- The integration from Go1 to SF can be improved with more attention to detail that can make a big impact in the operational cost of running the integration. Many information and configuration in the target system that should be available to pre-filling or can be pre-configured to allow better automated integration that is time efficient.
- The reporting can be improved and further automated; this include in an integrated scenario.

- I really like the Path options. We use these curated classes to support our supervisors.
- I appreciate the wide variety of class options. It has been great to support our employees with work focused classes like Adobe and Microsoft, but also support their wellbeing with classes like mindfulness and meditation.
- I am glad it is so easy and quick to find classes using the filters.

- The only thing I have come across is some of the content is a little dated, but I feel like they have been working to improve that a lot.

We were originally sourcing content from many suppliers, and creating bespoke content ourselves for anything that wasn't suitable. We found this to be time-consuming and expensive. Go1 allows us to curate our content from one place, along with several different course styles to fit with a variety of learner preferences and objectives, at an appropriate cost, and substantially quicker.
None of this would be possible without our Client Success Manager, Emily who always suggests the best content, keeps us updated with new collaborations, and updates for both industry and company.

- The huge library and variety of courses that can be accessed from multiple different providers in one place.
- Our account manager from Go1 is always on hand to answer any questions we have or help with any tasks we have.
- It is also very easy to pull reports from and monitor learning across the board.
- I also love that I can pull the .skorm file for learning content from the site to reupload onto our internal site for compliance training.

Everyone across our business is able to access Go1 and is required to complete the compliance training, but we are seeing a lower percentage of usage from our Customer Service teams as they are often unable to come away from their desk.

Go1 offers flexible learning for team members
Before we add more to the system, we need to understand whether the system can be validated as per 21 CFR Part 11. We have had an occasion when an external course was removed from our library and along with it all the records of completion. Access to records in our industry is essential.

- I have had issues where the credit points for Awards do not add up properly- this means that people who have completed an award show up as incomplete

There is not much content on medical device regulations.

- Admin experience - This is a work in progress. The admin role needs to be separate from my role as a learner.

The initial conversations when enquiring about the product were so easy, unpressured and fair. The sales rep was really supportive and listened to our needs alongside supporting our timescales.
Since implementation our account manager Emily has been fantastic. She has helped us demonstrate the successful impact of the Go1 implementation, helped us to curate content, improve our data collection and more.
Excellent Customer Service and Value Buy
- Customer Service - Their support desk was always very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.
- Listens to their customers. They made many improvements over the years to their system based on our organization as well as others' feedback.
- Reporting systems had some issues, but I find that is true of all the learning management systems I have used including my current one.
- Had to use emails as a user login that was permanent to their user file. Emails change for people and could only be linked and required acceptance by accessing a previous email.
- Passwords could only be reset by GO1 or Forgot Password email not system admins on my team.
