- Annoying e mail notifications, 3 or 4 per day.
- Bad location targeting. Sometimes I get job offers from other countries.
- Mobile app not very user friendly.
- Lots of applicants.
- Good filters to choose the best talent.
- Easy to use templates.
- Provides talent for the organization.
- The service is quite cheap.
