Teem was acquired by WeWork in September 2018, and then acquired by iOFFICE in January 2020 after WeWork announced they would sell it.

Teem by WeWork provides a solid solution for some common meeting booking issues

Pros

  • Easy-to-administer, cloud based platform.
  • Friendly interface on end user devices that is easy to use.
  • Licensing is straight forward.
  • Front Desk check-in app is simple even for first time guests.

Cons

  • More direct integration with Microsoft tools such as Teams and Outlook.
  • Functionality more akin to special events check-in that can be used when necessary.

Return on Investment

  • Teem has made it much easier to find rooms in a pinch, so that has reduced a lot of time for users.
  • Teem has made it much easier for us to track all guests coming into the building and vastly improved our tracking/reporting.

Use Teem For Your Team!

Pros

  • The UI is awesome.
  • The ability to customize is cool.
  • Integration across different platforms is good, too!

Cons

  • Having an ability to lock the app without someone being to exit without a code would be good; users like to mess with the iPads at times.

Return on Investment

  • Minus the cost of tablets like iPads which are pricey, it's a great platform.
