I use a number of features to help keep my email organized. From scheduling emails to go out (so it’s during the recipients work hours) to helping to schedule meetings seamlessly, and possibly most importantly, setting reminders so emails I need to respond to don’t get lost in my inbox.
  • Calendar availability
  • Scheduled emails
  • Reminders
  • I haven’t really thought about a feature that I’d like added.
I find it to be a great add on to Outlook. It makes scheduling meetings a breeze with much less back and forth. The scheduled email delivery is awesome and I think it works better than the native feature in Outlook (which still shows the actual sent time in the email).
  • I can’t distill it down to a number but in general my productivity is higher when using it regularly.
Other than features native to Outlook I haven’t compared Boomerang for Outlook to any other similar offerings.
