My Astera experience
There was our client security issue. I submitted the support ticket and request the same day meeting with our client. I got the response within an hour and have the meeting with our client to resolve the issue. This was quick turnaround and very helpful.

Great to exchange data between Salesforce and other systems
Last time we had issues with our license (which we actually missed to pay due to an internal issue). The support was very responsive and helped with getting the license ready last minute and to avoid an interruption of the service. I consider this exceptional because it was our fault in the end.

Solid ETL solutions
I had trouble with a new version that I needed to install (manually). There is/was an issue with the installation process with my particular computer. The issue existed just with my environment. Team members on my side were able to install the software and I was able to install it on some virtual servers. The support team jumped on a call with me and I was able to show them the issues and they attempted to troubleshoot with me. Not being able to immediately figure out the issue, I was given pre-extracted .msi files in order to facilitate a workaround install for the time being.

1st time I utilized the product, I was attempting to move through the tool a 1GB file. I kept running out of memory. I was up against an extremely aggressive timeline, so I reached out to Astera for support and within a few hours, I had what I needed to continue.

Make Centerprise your data toolkit's center prize!
We had an issue where some of our nightly production jobs where intermittently raising missing data source errors when the server was under heavy load. The errors happened intermittently and at different times in the night cycle. We alerted the support team and sent them our data flows and job schedule. Mike and his support team worked major overtime and into the weekend on the problem to isolate it. They were able to recreate the issue but only on certain machines with certain OS patch revisions. Needless to say, they figured out what was happening and come up with a patch. We applied the patch and the problem disappeared.
