What is Agorapulse?
Agorapulse is a social media management tool that aims to help mid-sized businesses and agencies better manage their Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube activity.
This social media management tool allows users to post content, engage with their community, and download reports from a single dashboard that is designed to be intuitive. Conversations are captured with the inbox -- depending on the social network, it captures comments, mentions, direct/private messages, Facebook ad comments, and Instagram ad comments. - When it comes to choosing times to post, I would like Agorapulse to suggest times based on the times previous posts got good engagement. A competitor had this functionality but I can't remember who it was.
- When an image is not the right format/size, I would rather Agorapulse be able to tell me which one it is rather than just leaving me to have to investigate which one is problematic.
- A shortcuts tab to my most visited sections of Agorapulse would be helpful. E.g. I am always checking the best times to post from the global reporting tab.

- Collaboration with internal team - competitors we evaluated didn't have the same ability to collaborate with our teammates and assign tasks or approvals across publishing, inbox, and social listening like Agorapulse has. This is a major plus for us!
- Customer service - excellent team and top notch communication
- Cost effective pricing - it is an all in one tool that solves the majority of our business needs for social media at good price
- Social listening included - it's great that we're able to monitor keywords and hashtags for our brands without an add-on fee. Many competitors charge extra for this feature, so we are grateful is included in our main plan.
- Having the ability to gain access for more than one account to view billing and invoices would greatly help our process and make it easier for us.
- For social listening on Instagram, we would love the ability to be able to filter out certain countries, only choose certain languages, and remove content from being seen that uses specific keywords.
- For assigning tasks in the Agorapulse inbox, our workflow would be enhanced if we could see all historical data in a chat between teammates rather than seeing only one message at a time with the single ability to assign and unassign. It does the basics of what we need for now, but this would make it even better.
- Having the flexibility to edit the text in the caption when cross-posting the same post across channels would make it easier to schedule and publish posts.

- I noticed recently, I'll set up a tweet from X (Twitter) to make sure the characters are the right amount, and then I'll plug it into v and it says I have too many characters. I feel like this has possibly changed? I don't remember it doing this before. Don't like that part.
- I would like to see the ability to use thumbnails on all platforms
- Certain size videos don't upload to LinkedIn but if I do it directly from the LinkedIn page, it will allow that size.

- Scheduling a post for multiple channels is easy and a time-saver
- Would love to have a draft feature. We often don't schedule things until the assets are ready, or use a placeholder image and swap them afterwards
- Editing posts intended for multiple channels is not as easy as scheduling them in the first place. I would love to edit and have the same menu I do as when I'm scheduling where I have my base text and then the adjusted text for each social media. It's rare that something I've planned to be a similar post across channels, needs editing, but only for one of those channels. e.g. Correcting mistakes or changing strategies.
- Currently, I export the analytics and put it in a Google Sheet where I have more control over the data, which I love. For me to use the Agora Reports system, I would need substantial features like comparing metrics in the same charts, using direct line charts instead of smoothed (smoothed charts look nice, but just obfuscate data), separating out paid growth, etc. It's probably too large an ask for what Agora is trying to provide, which is why the export tool is very useful.
- While I'm talking about it, a slight bug with the export tool is that when you export two things in quick succession, it just sends a duplicate of the first report via email. I'll export a CSV of Global data and then a CSV of Content, and if I do it too quickly, it doubles up the Global data and I don't get the Content until I resend.
- More specific filtering for listening. Sometimes someone has our brand in their name and we get ALL of their content. We have to add each user like this to the filter instead of being able to filter out usernames that contain it.
Fantastic software that saves time across the board!

- Report - it's really useful for us to be able to create such in depth reports that we can use internally but also share with clients so they can see the results of what we are doing
- Although rare, occasionally posts won't post without reason, which makes it hard for us to learn and avoid these mistakes in the future
- It would be great to see more Instagram integration, but I am aware that's due to issues with Instagram not Agorapulse
- It would be great to see other platforms integrated fully such as Google My Business
