We are using AgencyBloc to keep track of our employee benefits policies in our insurance agency. It is helping us to keep track of pending items, policy information for health insurance business.
  • It is very easy to use system. Tabs are clearly defined.
  • With the Outlook Plug-in we are able to store emails for a particular activity. This is a very important feature.

  • Outlook Plug-in. currently it is a two step process. Ideally, drag and move emails to each activity or client would be a real time saver.
It is web based so you can access the system from anywhere. It is easy to customize.
