Workload balancing and fairness

It did help us adjust some of their responsibilities and look at how long they have been spending on specific tasks.

Monitoring remote/hybrid work activity

We use it mostly for our remote or hybrid workers.

Identifying underperformance or low workload

we never had an issue with burnout - it's was mainly used to find people who were working far less than they should be. We wouldn't call out anything within 10-15% discrepancy but if someone was consistently active for less than 50% of their expected 40 hours a week, we would use that information to ask them if they feel like their workload is light and if they could handle more projects.

Visibility into employee activity

We could not measure productivity in terms of time spent working for remote workers prior to ActivTrak. Now at least we can see that they are online and the websites/applications that they are using

Identifying underperforming employees

For employees that were materially under in activity per our employment agreement, we would monitor their performance and leverage the data to back up our suspicions or validate poor performance to a lack of effort.

Management oversight and accountability

ActivTrak has brought peace of mind that when people are not seen, they are working. This has helped cut down on emails and overmanagement of departments. Reports are quick and easy to generate and distribute to our company's leadership. When people are aware that we are watching their data, they tend to be more productive.
