ZoomInfo SalesOS is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. SalesOS helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
We recently switched from techtarget to 6sense and I like it a lot more when it comes to account intent and helping you prioritize / recommend actions to take
TechTarget has much more specific information. You can see actual names and titles of prospect engaging with content. This makes a cold call a little more warm.
TTPE in my mind is a blend of the two. It has pretty accurate contact info, and also great at sending the reports that I mentioned. While Demandbase uses a scoring system for targets, TechTarget Priority Engine just sends the name. so it's nice to check it against DB and get a …
Each has its perks. Using them in conjunction with each other will deliver the best results. TechTarget Priority Engine gives info on items accounts are searching for and what is relevant to them today. It provides specific conversation tracks to create opportunities (current …
We have a subscription to Sales Intel and definitely like having access to both tools. Sales Intel does a great job with mobile phone numbers and indicating if records are human verified or machine verified. Both tools compliment each other very well. We selected zoom because …
The combination of tools is necessary, in my opinion... what one tool offers, another does not. ZoomInfo is a solid place to start, but shouldn't comprise a full tool stack on its own.
TechTarget would notify us when prospects looked us up by name or specifically researched areas where our product would prove beneficial. It did a great job gauging legitimate interest from the prospect and gave an idea of a timeline as well so that we could understand their urgency.
ZoomInfo is well-suited for sales and marketing teams. The sales team can use it for research and prospecting, while marketing can use it for nurturing new prospects or previously prospected ones.Overall, ZoomInfo is a tool tailor-crafted for business and sales development teams. It helps them approach new prospects every day, even when contact numbers are not readily available.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.
ZoomInfo is my go to service. This connected with Linkedin Recruiter has been an amazing tool to use in gaining some very useful and strong connections
I'm just a business user of TechTarget so I really haven't had the chance to gauge what the support is from a customer standpoint. Given that we recently rolled it out and everyone is utilizing it daily I would assume that their support is strong enough for us to continues to use it.
TechTargets Priority Engine's interface and customizable features were easier to use and better organized than ZoomInfo's. I like the custom alerts that TechTarget provided, and I'm not sure ZoomInfo had the same feature. I would get email alerts any time a target customer read a white paper or downloaded a brochure, which made my timing for prospecting much easier. I do believe ZoomInfo's company directories are more robust and wide-spread
The size of data base, the bounce rate and accuracy. The extra features that you can have and the customer service. Whenever I have a question or help with something, my account manager is always available to help. And most importantly, the difference was the price. Although Zoominfo is not cheapest, it is the best value for your money.
Negative - In my experience, exports error but credits deduct. Trying to get these credits back, good luck getting a customer service rep to assist.
Negative - In my experience, information provided for 0-5 employee companies inaccurate
Negative - In my opinion, due to not being able to get the information and not honoring their guarantee, no revenue goals were met.
Negative - I feel, for this size prospect, there is no time savings. You will still need to manually research the company on other sites or by cold calling to get the missing information.
