Salesforce Sales Cloud is a platform for sales with a community of Sellers, Sales Leaders, and Sales Operations, who use the solution to grow sales and increase productivity. The AI CRM for Sales features data built right in, so that companies can sell faster, sell smarter and sell efficiently. Salesforce Sales Cloud is used for, and supports: Buyer Engagement Sales Engagement Enablement Sales AI Sales Analytics Team…
Gong is a lot more in depth and has a much more data rich approach to the sales cycle than Groove. While groove is good at keeping your communication in line and on time, Gong really dominates when it comes to searching recorded calls and finding the key topics/exchanges you …
Currently we use Outreach for all our outbounding. The tool allows us to create email sequences, set up meetings and helps with customer profile when prospecting. We will be switching from Outreach to Gong next week and I am excited to see what the capabilities are to help with …
Gong crushes the auto zoom recordings. They are nice, but we don't have access to any analysis. So that makes it much different to get any value. At that point it is just a note taker. Gong really does help you get more done! Our support team uses chorus as well as a co …
pretty high, SFDC too slow, Outreach way better than Salesloft, Clari is for managers as a rep i keep track of that in my own notes. Gong is a platform build for sellers and managers to help progress deals where as the others feel like tools meant to help predict a business not …
My company is currently using Salesloft. I enjoy both systems, however, I do think that Salesloft provides a bit more insight on the history with an account, and a bit more on the analytics side of things.

Gong is the most sophisticated conversational intelligence tool I have used. The speaker separation is very good and the action items always catch the key points from the call. When the notetaker joins the call, it's reliable and does not interrupt the call at all. Recordings …
Gong is much better than the tools I have used before simply because of a better UI, easy-to-use system and it has the whole package any sales professional might need. You can't build an outreach into Gong, which I think could be a great idea for the Gong team but the things …
Overall, Gong proved to be superior to the use cases that the company needed, and on top of that from what I heard, the pricing was more in line with what the company was willing to spend. Customer service is great but otherwise, we hardly have any issues with the solution, …
we use SF as our CRM. This is not really like gong but it is the closest thing that we use to it. It helps us keep constant tabs on what we are doing with our customers and next steps that we need to take to move the sale along the sales cycle.
Gong's thought leadership, performance, intuitiveness, advanced conversation intelligence, and all-encompassing solution has helped me greatly and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
We are a user of both Salesloft and Salesforce, but during our review, it was clear that Gong was the market leader in terms of offering AI and actionable insights, being able to create trackers, have transcriptions. The fact that it integrated seamlessly with the above …
Gong was already a selected vendor. I have not used or tried any vendors but likely would not look to switch. Why change something that Isn't broken It is a great tool that I really enjoy using.
Hubspot if great for that SMB company, but it just has so many limitations for enterprises as compared to Sales Cloud. It is very rare that you "can't" do something in Salesforce, which is why I always prefer it over any other CRM.
Pipedrive is good for a small business and managing that in a seamless and simple matter but it's easy to outgrow. For larger companies, I think Salesforce is much more appropriate. It's a more robust system and allows for all sorts of report customizations which I think …
