Cons	ECI Software Solutions In our experience, their customer service takes a long time to respond. It feels as though the support team is small, and often, they outright tell us they can't do anything about our issues. Return on Investment	ECI Software Solutions Red Falcon's integration with e-auto is a tremendous time and money saver on the admin side of things!
