I think Cubby is very comparable with all the others such as Drop Box, OneDrive, Box, and Google Drive. They all do similar things. But, I am not aware that the others will let you secure a document that is particularly sensitive in nature.
Cubby is especially new in the market and is contemplating its business focus. They have adapted what their predecessors have created and implemented significant improvements in safety, performance and availability.
Since we are already a LogMeIn Rescue customer we are a fan of their products. We really do not see a lot that Cubby does not do for us that we need to do.
It would be nice to have a built-in password manager/keeper to share using the Cubby cloud storage. Users can share files in a secure manner, so why not be able to share passwords with them securely as well.

[As a consultant, for my business] It is always good to have options and alternatives. Customers appreciate having sources to compare, and that define sales.
If we talk about version control in general, Cubby lightens the time we spend and helps us to organize the work. Less lost time equals higher profits.
