Likelihood to Recommend Hatchbuck is great for small to mid size businesses that are really looking to keep track of their progress with their sales leads as well as their existing customers, as well as tracking the activity their customers are taking from their communications, and automate their sales and marketing funnel as much as possible. We are a SaaS company (software as a service), with sales that range from teeny tiny to very big fish so it's been an easy tool to work with to make sure we are communicating with clients based on their size and needs.
Read full review ReachLocal is a trustworthy agency for smaller-scale multifamily buildings that can do the basics of website management, SEO, and advertising on Facebook or Google. I think they provide a solid product but do not get into the nitty-gritty advanced features that create value for clients that want to stick out.
Read full review Pros The product is simple to use but can be as complex as you would like it to be. Customer service and support are great. Always responsive and quick to find a solution. The email templates and instructional videos have been helpful. They definitely understand marketing and have created a simple system to support content delivery. Read full review ThriveHive is a smaller marketing team dedicated to helping small to medium sized businesses perfect their marketing messages. ThriveHive is particularity good at understanding how Google, and other search engines work, and have been instrumental in helping my company to grow and evolve. With ThriveHive, you get a dedicated coach who is matched to your type of business. This experience with similar businesses gives your coach a better understanding of your business and the challenges your company faces. My coach is very good at responding to my needs within 1 to 2 business days. Email contacts are fluent and as often as I need, to discuss ideas or questions. I can only speak of my relationship with my coach, and I am very pleased. I feel that ThriveHive makes every effort to take excellent care of their clients, and makes you feel like you are their most important customer. I definitely believe that this is one of ThriveHives' greatest assets. Read full review Cons They may be a little behind the curve when it comes to some of the advanced features, such as integrating various calendars and e-mail clients. I would like to see them more integrated with social media platforms, such as keeping track of social media activity and adding more platforms that they track within a record. The onboarding process was a bit bumpy and took much longer than expected. Read full review The email content editor could use some additional bells and whistles, it cannot handle some more advanced functions, but for the basics it is more than adequate. Options for website creation are a bit limited and the turnaround time can be a bit lengthy at times because of the volume they do. Tracked phone lines can be a bit pricey, but not exorbitant. Of course it could, but, based on our current needs, and the needs of our existing and targeted clients so far, Hatchbuck presents the best fit option available. As a partner we are looking to grow with Hacthbuck into the future.
Read full review Usability Hatchbuck offers on-boarding, training, and has a suite of videos, which makes it super easy to get started. As with any software that is the key. Have a plan, stay focused, and get started. Once, you begin to play with Hatchbuck you will see that it is very user friendly.
Read full review Reliability and Availability There has never been any downtime for Hatchbuck, which is very reassuring for me as I market and recruit strenuously for the University at Albany's executive Weekend MBA Program. Hatchbuck team members have also been available when I have reached out to them with questions or issues. With one exception, where one of my e-mails became lost in the Internet "black hole," they have gotten back to me in very timely fashion!
Read full review Support Rating I always get a response within 24 hours, unless I ask on a weekend. The team seems to work together to resolve my issues, answer my questions, and update me on changes. In fact, they have even connected [with] me to ask how they can improve the Hatchbuck software and their service. This is why I love them so much.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I have had more experience with Hatchbuck, and was introduced to it through someone who is quite familiar. My perspective is that for the money, Hatchbuck does all it needs to, and does it well. I'm sure there are comparable products, but this is the first one that I found user friendly enough to be able to use it consistently

WordPress provides you with the opportunity to build a custom website, it stops there. ThriveHive has a strong small business marketing suite of products that are integrated into a
WordPress -based website while also making it easy for the user to make quick and easy edits to existing content. I will say that I find
MailChimp 's aesthetic and deliverability to be leaps and bounds ahead of ThriveHive, and so I was unable to cut my account with
MailChimp . I still use it for large email newsletters while using ThriveHive's email client for shorter, more targeted marketing efforts for segmented lists.
Read full review Return on Investment It saved us time, as we were able to centralize our marketing and sales efforts It helped close more sales, through nurturing funnels Since it has options to create sales-related tasks, it helped our team be on top of all new prospects and provide timely information Read full review I think one of the most important lessons learned so far, is to really have a very clear idea of who your customers/clients are, and who you want them to be. My website is now in its second iteration. Completely different focus from the 1st iteration. My first website was producing "hits" but not producing leads. The experience gained from this attempt lead to my new website, which is now doing the job that a website is intended to do, creating leads. Often, failure is the stepping stone to success. There is no doubt that the level of clientele that my new website is generating is worth every penny that I have spent with ThriveHive. Building a successful business takes time, and a good understanding of your customers/clients. The people at ThriveHive are good at helping you figure this out. Read full review ScreenShots
