Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
So this will be our main ERP system. So we'll use it for finance, we'll use it time and attendance. We'll also use it for the field service module and the project accounting.
- We're excited on how it links everything together. So our current system, we have a hard time, if we're in a service ticket, being able to easily go back to an old service ticket of that customer and it's so many clicks away. And with the side panels we're very eager to be able to in the same screen click and have the information that we need.
- Reporting. So that's the one struggle that we haven't quite got past yet is we do a lot of charts and graphs and being able to push those emails out daily. We haven't found, our current provider doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable on the charts and graphs, the data they can get us, but just being able to put it in a nice format to be able to present to executives is very lacking.
- We're not live yet, so I haven't seen the return.

So we're not live yet, but the customers are wanting information and so the Acumatica customer portal isn't where we need it to be, be able to give them the information, especially related to the field services, but it is going to allow us to really enhance our push notifications when the service technicians are onsite and we're hoping to be able to send a picture of the technician that will be going to the bank. So we're hoping it'll improve communication between us and our customers.
So we've looked at NetSuite, we looked at a system called Traverse. We were on SouthWare before and the SouthWare did what we needed to, but it was an outdated product and they were no longer developing for it. So it made it a challenge. It just wasn't growing with the technology. So we had to get on a suitable platform that was very similar that would grow with us.
