This Application is very beneficial for our organization because we can easily download the working hours of the candidate in excel form from here and compare how much time they worked and how much time they did not work. In terms of managing our personnel, it is the greatest product. I've been utilising this tool for about two years, and it offers the greatest service for submitting candidates' resumes for interviews. I believe that we can manage our employees without this, and I want to thank the programmers who created this software.

At our company we have over 18,000 contingent workers that vary from Statement of Work resources to job postings to Temps. All of these people are in Fieldglass and may have different invoicing or time tracking. The tool allows for all of this at the same time while integrating with at least 3 other systems.

SAP Fieldglass has configured all our approved supplier list. This makes it easy to just put job posting in once and all partners get posting. Also all candidates can apply at the same time and job manager can see all the candidates from different firms at same time. This is helpful as it doesn't require multiple posting

This is by far the easiest VMS system we use and we have 40 of them. It’s a game changer to get things done quicker which is much needed here. It’s got east to use systems that make sense and always able to be accessed which is huge and some other similar systems are always updating and this one is always a go.

Since it's cloud based the cost of maintenance is affordable. It's 100% Software as a Service (SaaS) infrastructure offering , Solution is owned, delivered, and remotely managed by SAP Fieldglass.

We have Fieldglass integrated with other software (Workforce for timekeeping, HCM for our buyer/user downloads). However, any time there is a scheduled release or a "hotfix," there something breaks within one of our integrations, and then it takes weeks to fix and get things back on track. It doesn't make for a great user experience from the hiring manager's side.
