Overall Satisfaction with Zuora
It is being used by a department that has a subscription based customer base. Zuora handles the catalog, billing and revenue recognition.
Pros
- Zuora handles the customer accounts, payment methods and subscription relation really well.
- Their customer support is really awesome. They are very prompt.
Cons
- Enhancing their rest APIs. They have limitations which the SOAP APIs don't have.
We had an in-house payment system and any change was time consuming.

- Setting up product catalogue
- Setting up bill runs,
- Updating customer details is very intuititve
- Syncing product catalogue between sandbox and production environment as there isn't any automated way of doing it.
- Payment search by number is extremely slow in the interface if the number of payments are huge.
