Overall Satisfaction with Zendesk
We use Zendesk for customer support. Our members send us a request and we respond via Zendesk.
Pros
- Macros.
- Call features.
- Triage buckets for email requests.
Cons
- Site freezing.
- It would be nice to unsend an email.
- We are able to categorize our workloads to give a better picture of the volume and data.
Zendesk is the best choice for us as a moderate-sized, growing company. Zendesk allows us to track our call volume and easily categorize our data.
