Incredibly disappointed. Tech support or customer support are non-existent. They think that sending some canned response is helpful. Cannot view much of the page due to a scripting error or server-side error. Cannot clear fields easily. The phone number provided for customer service doesn't work. In short, a great program if you can get it to work.
