  • The product was helpful in managing our international reach. I needed to listen to social on an international level and having the ability to integrate those conversations was critical.

Cons

  • Generating customer reports was time consuming.
  • Share of brand voice in the international community.
Woopra has improved the reporting to addresss life time customer value. That is the focus of website ROI.
