Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Currently we use Webex App in our company for multiple meetings per day, with people all around the world. It makes meeting with colleagues easy and always the calls are trouble free and clear quality.

Pros

  • Being able to access from your mobile phone is extremely helpful
  • Webex App is clear and easy to use for calls and meetings
  • Messaging is also each and helps with managing my agenda easily

Cons

  • A dashboard would be nice to instantly have a view of what's on today, next calls and previous calls.
  • Internal meetings are easy and clear
  • Being able to take meetings that you only have to listen into, is now easy whilst out walking the dog via the app
  • The connection always seems to be top

Enabling meetings to be accessed anywhere is very beneficial but enables everyone to join the meeting from anywhere and have a clear and positive connection.
Webex App is far clearer, easier to use and less call to sign in as much. the connections are always clear and the app is easy and simple to use. Also, what I really like, is you know when you are on mute and when you are not. Also it gives you a clear option whether you want to start the call on mute and with your camera on or off.

Absolutely I would recommend this to colleagues and customers. It is really easy and simple to use. once signed in, it keeps you signed in and doesn't seem to ask for sign in details as regularly as other apps like teams. Being able to save new contacts and save your meetings also makes it really easy and nice to use.
