Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

It is used as MFA for signing in to computers. Previously, we had issues where the user's account was not secure if a password was compromised within the organization. After applying Watchguard Authpoint, we fixed this issue, and now we can secure logins with MFA-level security. I strongly suggest using this product.

  • Sometimes it is slow.
  • If a device is changed, it create issues..

if there are fewer phishing attempts, fewer password reset prompts will occur.
Well, if everything is integrated, it takes less effort to learn and fewer resources required to manage.
Well, we only opted in for Authpoint. We didn't take a password manager combo.

Because we have Watchguard Firewall it becomes easier to manage everything in the cloud.

If a user is concerned about the system's security, we should use MFA, as that will prevent incidents where a second layer of security is cracked. However, sometimes, signing in multiple times a day becomes irritative.
