UKG Pro - good and bad
Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
Pros
- data flows well from Recruiting through Onboarding into Core
- they have a lot of resources available to help us learn
- the employees I interact with really seem to care about customers
Cons
- Their rapid response time for support has gotten unbearably long. Three years ago their customer support was stellar, now it's borderline terrible.
- Usually when an employee has issues with UKG Pro, the solution is to clear cookies and cache, just because UKG is quirky.
- The training - while there is a lot available, it is very general. It doesn't cover the "well, yeah, but what about this..." type of scenarios. Much of the training and resources only get you half way there.
- ability to manage all HR activities within one platform.
