Overall Satisfaction with Twilio
Our clients communicate last minute shipping information with their drivers.
Pros
- Integration was very easy as everything was well documented by Twilio.
- Administration is easy and thought out and even I can do it.
- The possibilities that Twilio created are very innovative and I’ve liked working with them.
Cons
- I would love to see the possibility to have an all in one option. Now I have to surprise my clients for usage costs at the end.
- I’m not sure but not everyone has WhatsApp and there are many more chat programs available that could do with integrations.
- Reduced waiting times for drivers by about 5 mins for 50 drivers a day.
- Reduced calls to employees by 100%.
- Delays are handled and communicated by Twilio Messaging to the drivers, no more calls.
Would like to see some more chat apps integrated.
This was one of the requirements I had when we chose for Twilio. I think we can scale up using Twilio and not have any issue on that end.
I’m using or have used these services. I like to try multiple applications. I’ve selected Twilio because the documentation in C# is amazing.
