Prospective customers are looking online before they ever engage with us to request information. To ensure we have compelling information on the web we looked to TrustRadius to build a wealth of customer reviews. Primarily our customer advocacy and marketing departments are working together to drive this need forward.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy-to-use platform. It was very simple to build our product profile and did not require hours of direction to complete.
The ongoing partnership. We are fairly new adopters of the platform, but we have built a strong relationship with our representatives that have been critical to our success.
Forward thinking. There are many uses cases for the platform that we haven't even thought about yet, but are now considering!

Cons

For companies like ours with multiple solutions, the cost does not seem scalable.
Tagging. Tagging multiple reviews across multiple products is time consuming.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for companies who are looking to expand their advocate base. We have thousands of customers/prospective customers that are a part of a strong community; they look to each other for recommendations and research online.

Makenzie - I love hearing that you find the TrustRadius platform easy to use and the TrustRadius team a strong partner in your success. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! I definitely hear you on the time it takes initially to tag a large number of reviews. We've introduced "Standard Tags" to streamline some review-level tagging and will be doing more in the coming year to make this faster. Hopefully now that you're over the hurdle of your initial tagging, the maintenance is much more manageable. We do offer bundled and "all-you-can-eat" plans for multi-product companies so that our pricing scales reasonably. When Blackbaud is ready to add more products to your license with us, we'll come up with a formula that works! As always, thank you for choosing us as a trusted partner.
