Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
The most recent was the purchase of monday.com for my small business. There were 3 other people involved in the purchase decision as I wanted my team to be confident and certain of such a change. They were involved in the whole process from the very beginning as we all were assigned a couple of options to analyze and present to the rest of the team before making a final decision. It took us around 3 months in total to make a final decision.

TrustRadius was far more detailed and user friendly than other platforms I checked. On top of it, they count on reviews for very well know brands so it gived me the trust and confidence I was looking for , for such a big change in my company processes and management system.
I didn't really use those reports and rankings this time. However, I think they are very useful and provide reliable information that is good to have for certain purchase decisions so I would definitely use them for other final decisions in my company. One of the reasons why I didn't use them is that this was a team -based decision so I didn't want to load my team with loads of information.
All of it. The detailed review, the feature ratings, any available videos, and a list of integrations are essential, as well as the availability to demos and easy price information to start with. The way the product is presented ( in a clear way!) is also very important as most of these tools are sometimes, a bit complex to use and integrate in small businesses.
