Tricentis qTest Testing tool
Overall Satisfaction with Tricentis qTest
We use it for testing purposes in our projects. Separate qtest teams have control over it. We used it during SIT and UAT to track the progress and log defects, if any. All our testing status for most of the projects comes from Tricentis qTest. It helps to give output in the required format and is easy to track.

We currently have partial integration and are not fully integrated with Tricentis. We update the test case manually or copy the same from previous projects, which is a good functionality that makes life easy for the testing team and saves time.
We are mainly using Teicentis Qtest for Testing and managing defects. For these phases in their project, Qtest has proven to be a very useful tool, and it has also helped us to identify Risks based on defects log so that we have proper Actions during the project. It has built the trust of the QCoe teams among the Business stakeholders, and they believe what has been tested.
As I am not the actual decision maker of which tool to purchase. I have always liked the Tricentis qTest tool. Decision has been made by the top management, The tool has proven is value and for the Same reason it is still being used.
