good vs the bad - I signed up for a black Friday promotion and a year later they renewed my account 15 days in advance without notice and somehow I did not update my credit card info and they simply just canceled my account with no remorse. I opened two help desk tickets and they took their time to respond to give me no answer and just close my ticket. If you jump on a black Friday special and somehow forget to update your credit card or you miscalcuate anything the plan will cancel and you are basically screwed.
