Overall Satisfaction with Todoist
Quick and simple ways to create to do items - the in line item creating tool allows me to keep accross multiple projects/programmes on my desktop or mobile app.
- In line due date creation
- Great layout views of tasks
- Fantastic Native mobile app, desktop app and web version
- Push notifications - I have enabled this on some items, completed on desktop, but my phone keeps reminding me to complete.
- public view of task lists
- I pay for this tool personally for work and personal use - so cannot quote any wider business objectives
- I would say this saves me 1hr per week
No inline due date creation in To Do is a huge issue for me, hence why I still use Todoist
