In regards to the areas of enhancements you mentioned, have you considered submitting or voting for them in the Spotfire Ideas portal (ideas.spotfire.com)? The Spotfire Idea portal allows you to submit your own ideas, vote on suggestions from others and easily see when one of your ideas have been implemented.
