Overall Satisfaction with Telynx
It used to be that Telynx would answer tickets/requests within minutes and resolve them. They had the online chat bot which was working great. Since COVID, things have slowed down for them and I do not get a quick response, but I like the platform and the different options they have.
We were having major call issues that were never resolved. Telynx seems like it won't complete calls coming from unknown numbers, which causes us a lot of issues as a B2B VoIP business vendor.
