Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Implementation Rating

Implementation went live in a very short span ,like I mentioned the customer support team have follow ups on their users and they keep asking on your progress therefore making the whole process manageable. I do not have any complain regarding this process whatsoever.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it in streamlining our communication with the entire team always great in holding online meetings and more so in our services of IT management we remotely manage systems in the institution to ensure better functionality and also high network connection. Some events are also easy to attend on this board.

I don't consider any other tool when remote services are at stake. It is a great application in price and features. The team follow up on your insights and better ways to improving their services therefore you have a platform to express your concerns. Suitable for both large and mid-size businesses.
