- Just like power automate if it had template that can be used directly by editing to the use case would save further time
- Training videos are available, but the community is limited so to solve a specific use case it could take a lot of time, larger support community would be helpful
- We were able to save $10k USD per quarter by improving communication to optimize supply chain operation
- Save 2 manpower per year by automating the email communication
It easily tailor to the use case we had that is to effectively automate email communication, while it had other options that allows us to integrate more use cases in future. While the other options did allow us to manage but the results were ineffective and there was no scope of error as it directly impacted the customer experience and sales and supply chain activities.
