Overall Satisfaction with SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation

It helped a lot in storing critical information from the email in a a standardized data set that allowed our supply chain team to utilize the information swiftly and act accordingly it saved a lot of time in communication and more on effective communication that helped to honor the customer service agreements and increase customer satisfaction.

Pros

  • Storing information from email in a standard data set
  • Auto reply to emails tailored to the email so that it doesn't feel like a robotic or generalized response
  • Workflow creation is simple and easy, the flow structure is easy to read and can be directly used in presentation to customers and management

Cons

  • Just like power automate if it had template that can be used directly by editing to the use case would save further time
  • Training videos are available, but the community is limited so to solve a specific use case it could take a lot of time, larger support community would be helpful
  • We were able to save $10k USD per quarter by improving communication to optimize supply chain operation
  • Save 2 manpower per year by automating the email communication
A very user-friendly workflow creation process. A dashboard to provide a full visibility of the workflow and processes. We're able to easily monitor ongoing, pending, stopped, error workflows and act swiftly when there was a red flag. Also implemented workflow approval process where task require multi-level approval for proper ISO documentation.
It easily tailor to the use case we had that is to effectively automate email communication, while it had other options that allows us to integrate more use cases in future. While the other options did allow us to manage but the results were ineffective and there was no scope of error as it directly impacted the customer experience and sales and supply chain activities.

While working in Last Mile appointment-based supply chain deliveries to high end customers it was very critical that our company honors the appointment given to increase customer satisfaction and support sales. Since the appointments are spread throughout the day with limited manpower, we usually missed the appointments and spent a lot of time in rescheduling and then further delaying the existing appointment and future appointments. With automating email communication we were able to store the information and communicate with the concerned supply chain team so that they could take action simultaneously and optimize supply china operations and cutomer satisfaction.
