My organization uses this software for document archiving purposes. All documents are uploaded to Global Search using our loan origination software, which is used for front-end and new business operations. Global Search retains these docs for loan servicing and post-maturity or backend functions. This helps to investigate documents accepted at the time of origination while we service the loan or to retain any docs used during its close-out phase.

From a compliance standpoint, we have benefited from the secure data storage, particularly with auditors and bank examiners. I personally have not utilized the data extraction features and am unsure if we subscribe to that feature. That said, I would like to learn more and will start by speaking to coworkers who use your software in different ways and capacities than I do.
