Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We currently use Sprout Social to organize, manage and post our social content and respond to messages specifically on Facebook. We also use it to look at social analytics. Our social and customer service department uses Sprout Social the most. We sometimes use the assigned task functionality as well to divide up work.

I haven't used Hootsuite in years. But we switched over because Hootsuite would allow you to schedule content in advance but you would still have to publish within an app on your phone. Sprout Social published on its own once schedule in the software. Sprout Social also offered more integrations with various social platforms and more robust analytics tools.
