Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use Spiff to know what my commissions are in real time. It addresses missed opportunities by letting us know if we are maximizing our performance.

Pros

  • It lets me know what to expect if I make a sale
  • I can see my commission before the pay period ends
  • Keeps track of all my deals

Cons

  • It could have more user interaction
  • I don't have full access to input any data
  • It helps to motivate me to perform better
  • I feel more rewarded for hard work.
  • I would recommend Spiff to a friend
It is very easy and simple to use
It reinforces the compensation matrix and it always is correct as long as it is updated properly
I didn't select Spiff, my employer did, but I really enjoy it!
