We use Spiff to automate commissions calculations for our sales team. It solves the problem of handling multiple plans and datasets without using unreliable spreadsheets and data uploads. The sync with Salesforce ensures we capture all of the deals closed in the right time period, for the right sales employee. We're currently using it for our account executives, sales leadership, and sales consultant teams.

Yes - Spiff rarely has bugs and it's very easy to click into a calculation to understand exactly how the commissions are being calculated.

Spiff was the most user-friendly of all the systems evaluated and had some built-in features not ready yet in other platforms (like ASC 606 Reporting). Spiff also had a great sales process and has offered incredible support throughout implementation and use.
