Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use spiff to understand how my actual commission is getting paid out.

Pros

  • Calculates comission
  • calculates boosters
  • refreshes quickly
  • easy to read

Cons

  • Monthly to goal
  • Quarterly to go
  • reverse engineering payment -- How much do i need to close to make X?
Spiff is really easy to use, from a consumer standpoint
It has increased my ability to trust my comissions. The only time it broke is when I broke the comp plan

Yes

Spiff is great when I need to log in quickly to understand how much money I make. It is less helpful in trying to understand my percentage to goal, my annual quota, or how to achieve my pay goals. It's also a great record of what deals I actually closed. It doesn't do well in calculating boosters or showing the variable percentage
