Overall Satisfaction with Snagit

I use SnagIt for my company's documentation site to take screenshots of software. I have also used SnagIt for customer support issues.

Pros

  • Screen capture
  • Multiple screens
  • Image editing

Cons

  • I can't figure out how to cut images out if it isn't a square image.
  • It's made documentation much easier
SnagIt is great for small businesses that don't need complicated screen capture & editing capabilities.
