Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

We used Sigma Computing to deliver dashboards. The interface is very user friendly and the custom options that Sigma Computing provides are very helpful. The power of using control IDs of the filters as the parameters directly in the SQL query is a big hit. We have connected our front end application filters with the Sigma Computing dashboard filters and made them communicate with each other.

It's very user friendly which makes things so simpler and easier to understand. It increased the readability from the non technical people. It helped us evaluate data in the sigma dashboards that are embedded into our application by allowing us to compare the data from other sources and parts of our application. This helped us bring it all together on a single page, which was a great hit.
Sigma Computing is maintaining the query history which helps in analysing and also helps us in understanding where exactly the data is breaking. The version history that has been maintained for every dashboard helps us in evaluating our data in different phases with different sort of charts. This version tagging helped us in quickly fixing whenever there are any unwanted or unknown errors.
maintianed is very user friendly. Its various ways of embedding helped us in various aspects. The usage of control ids of the filters as parameters helped us in optimizing very longSQL queries. The live Support team every weekday is a very great intiative that helped in quick solutions. The version tagging helps in maintaining multiple states of dashboards.

If we have very huge data that has to be filtered based on the selection in the workbook filters, then passing the control IDs of the filters as the parameters directly in the SQL query is a great help. This way helps us in optimizing large SQL queries as well. If we want our front end application filters with the Sigma Computing dashboard filters to communicate with each other, we can certainly do that in embedding with the help of the control_ids.

The regular support team is very fantastic and more than enough with great brains and insights to help us very quick and deliver insights on time.
