By default, they save your credit card information and set it to auto-renew. If you don't cancel 60 days prior to the termination of the subscription period, it auto-renews and they won't give any refund. It's a scam.

    Thanks for providing your feedback and insights. Sounds like it was a good tool but might have been a communication issue. Surprised to see the 1 out of 10 when you stated that the feature set was good, but that you didn't cancel within the allotted time.

    Yes. They are charging me about $3,500 a 20% jump for a service that I don't use because I failed to cancel 2 months before the subscription ran out.
