Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad
Ease of use for pipeline management. It helps me stay on top of all my opps, without having to go from Salesforce tab to Salesforce tab. I can also filter and sort deals so that I constantly have a pulse on my pipeline. It's incredibly user-friendly and keeps my boss happy. Before scratch pad I never knew how to start my day and had to keep everything in a note book. Now with scratchpad everything is conveniently in one place. I have an extra window to jot down my last comms with the lead without having to look at a contact card, a dialer, or a notebook. It's super super helpful and I am so happy that someone recommended it to me.
