Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1
I use ScienceLogic SL1 as our primary source for monitoring as an MSP. The biggest problem we face is it's not as granular as we would like it to be. Using ScienceLogic SL1, we monitor devices across different vendor equipment using SNMP, Nmap, and API.

Using ScienceLogic SL1
100 - The users in our organization spand from NOC engineers, customer managers and our SL1 support engineers.The Noc engineers use SL1 to support our customer devices through troubleshooting. the customer managers use SL1 to audit devices and run reports for our customers. SL1 support engineers are the admins that maintain, onboard, offboard and do the majority of the work in SL1.
5 - We have 5 SL1 engineers, one of them being a SME. 3 of the engineers are offshore and 2 of them are based in the US.

The scalability that SL1 had for us as a MSP really helped us utilize the tool for our customers.
not specific to SL1 but we would evaluate other tools alongside SL1 to be able to get a better evaluation of SL1 relative to other tools.

There were times where I would have a case open and there was one particular engineer that would always help me resolve it in a quick manner.

Upgrading ScienceLogic SL1
Yes - Historically our upgrades have not gone smoothly. We have had times where the outages would last 2-3 hours after the projected maintenance window.
