Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud
We had it implemented for one of our clients, who was already a SAP customer. They wanted to use the SAP service cloud to better engage with their end customers. With SAP Services Cloud we are able to fix the customer query based on automation and customer history and auto-answer the Solution, which helps to reduce the time for the customer and also assign the customer queries to proper channels and/or queues if they were not answerable by automation

We saw tremendous improvements when we integrated with the SAP service cloud, the queries of the customers were mostly resolved through automation and AI. Those that were not resolved through automation, went through proper channels and queues which made life of the customer service executives quite easy.
As our customer already had SAP CRM and SAP sales cloud it was quite easy to integrate the SAP service cloud and there was no point going with other solutions
