Overall Satisfaction with SAP Conversational AI

We use SAP Conversational AI to automate business processes and improve customer support with AI chatbots.

Pros

  • Bots in any language
  • Very easy to use
  • Fast time to market

Cons

  • Classification algorithm.
  • Custom enrichments to have a global view of all enrichments for a group of entity values.
  • Endpoint that manages gazettes.
  • Return on investment.
  • Improve our customer experience quality and productivity by using chatbots on mobile and our website to manage mobile subscriptions and support.
  • Customer support chatbot capable of understanding any customer request.
We consider Amazon Lex and IBM Watson Assistant but finally we choose SAP Conversational AI because we have many other SAP products in our company.
In my opinion, SAP always provides excellent support for their customers. Also, on the SAP help portal it's easy to find an answer for your question.
