Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is used for reimbursement of any office expenses either for software purchase, team event, office hardware purchase or sometimes personal expenses too. It has a very seamless process to get approval for those expense reports and have good support to for automatic updates to all relative stakeholders.

- UI is not that intuitive
- Cost of deployment is little high
- Documentation and customer support can be better
- All reimbursement process became very smooth through automation
- Implementing new security standards are very fast
