Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We use SAP Business Technology Platform as an extension to our S4 system. Also, we use SAP Business Technology Platform to integrate S4 with other SAP cloud-native solutions and other non-SAP solutions.

S4 SuccessFactors employee central integration.
During our implementation, we contacted SAP support many times. We did not have any in-house expertise; so we had to rely on our implementation partner. Also, we had max attention helping with issues and helping us reaching out to the product development team for product bug fixes and quick turnaround times.

SAP Business Technology Platform provides hundreds of standard integrations content, reducing the development effort. Also, reduces operational costs and maintenance. With this standard content, you get automatic upgrades with backward compatibility.
