Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

Salesloft helps us to coordinate prospecting efforts, track email opens, and build out prospecting strategies together as a sales matrix. One of our core problems is coordination of prospecting efforts. Without Salesloft, the sales matrix wouldn't know who has been targetied, how recently, and if the prospect has engaged with the context.

Pros

  • Coordinating Prospecting efforts within a matrix
  • Tracking email opens
  • Creating automated prospecting cadences that operate in the background

Cons

  • The email cadences could be more flexible and user friendly
  • The APIs to Salesforce and Gmail need to be updated manually and frequently. Would love to see that in the background
  • More dashboarding flexibility would be appreciated. Sometimes I want to see more activity data within a subset of accounts based on a territory
  • Increased response rates on prospecting
  • Saved time from sending follow ups by automating the process
  • Booked more meetings!

Salesloft is well suited for sales matrix org structures where multiple reps are working the same account. It helps to coordinate resources and ensure the same person isn't getting hit by 3+ people at the same time.

Salesloft isn't as useful for an org with a 1:1 tie between reps and accounts. Single AE org structure could be better suited by other players in the space.
