Salesloft, self-service, friendly and intuitive
Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
The Business Development area uses the tool to register contacts, positioning, calls, e-mails, and cadences. I have no problems to address. It is a very robust and reliable tool as well as being very intuitive and friendly. I am particularly pleased to use it. I recommend it to other users within the company.

Once in a very extensive and complex negotiation that I had been carrying out, due to the pandemic, it was paused. Due to the recording of all the steps that I recorded in the tool, it was possible to be much more agile in resuming the history, which resulted in greater competitiveness towards closing the deal.
