Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio (discontinued)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio was our company's way of managing, scheduling, and moderating content for our various clients. It was immensely helpful to us considering how many Client pages we were overseeing at the time. We have since quit using it, due to it retiring in November of this year. It was a very good tool while we utilized it.

  • I cannot think of anything that we were missing at the time
  • Secured contracts yearly
Unfortunately, its being retired. I would suggest it in the past.
At the time, it was top of the line for us. It offered all of the requirements we had to moderate social media content for our clients.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio was well suited for those overseeing multiple client social media pages. It's organization setup and keywords queries were instrumental to helping us offer our clients the best support we could. It helped secure their contract for years. We are very saddened to lose use of it.
